CM Productions Taps Todd Glider as CEO

BARCELONA — CM Productions, the company that owns and operates affiliate program BadoinkCash.com, announced that it has tapped industry veteran Todd Glider as CEO.

Glider served in a similar capacity at EuroRevenue from 2007 to 2010 prior to the ManWin acquisition and expressed great excitement about the move to CM Productions.

“During my tenure at EuroRevenue, I had the pleasure of cultivating great relationships with the entire CM Productions team," Glider said.

"We worked on numerous projects together. I was always blown away by their technological fluency. These guys are way ahead of the curve. They were churning out iPhone apps two weeks after Apple unveiled its SDK back in early ’08. When offered the opportunity to assist in the further growth of their organization, I jumped at the chance.”

The BadoinkCash.com program and flagship site Badoink.com is a proprietary software engine which functions as a media server, allowing the consumer to manage downloaded files, transcode media and burn any video saved locally to DVD disc.

The software, branded Badoink Ultra also supports UPNP streaming and the ability to convert any file into formats compatible with Xbox360, PS3, iPhone, Blackberry, Android, AppleTV and more, according to the company.

FuckOrDate.com and BadoinkGay.com among others, stand alongside Badoink.com to further round out BadoinkCash’s umbrella of consumer-focused sites.

Co-owner of CM Productions Jeremy is certain Glider will help the organization grow, expand and gain a stronger foothold in the adult and mainstream marketplace.

“Todd is a natural fit for us," he said. "He brings a great business sense and proven history to CM Productions. He has the rare ability to formulate a new idea, manage its execution and bring it to market. We expect great things from him, and we expect to do great things with him.”

Co-owner of CM Productions Mark expects the addition of Glider to key expansion of product development into untapped markets, and strengthen brand marketing.

“The Badoink program has experienced steady growth year over year," he said. "It continues to evolve, and we’re committed to its growth. At the same time, we’re eager to push into new markets and push hard."

Mark added that striking and maintaining that balance is an undertaking.

"We will look to Todd to ensure our commitment to innovation dovetails with the continued development of our existing, core products.”

The company said EasyOn.TV is one of several new core products.

“EasyOn.TV makes every entertainment device in your home part of a seamless, wireless media center,” Glider said.

“Setup takes about 30 seconds. At which point, you can stream any video from your computer directly to your television via your Xbox 360, Playstation 3, PSP or any other UPNP/DLNA compatible device.”

Tube site integration of EasyOn.TV is on the horizon as well.

With its sister software EasyBurner.com, CM Productions offers program owners a sub-licensing option. Licensees can integrate these unique, non-competitive upsells into their existing marketing strategies. As well, they can set the pricing and process the transactions themselves, the company said.

“It’s a great addition for any company in need of an increase in clean transaction volume to offset risk,” Glider said.

The company also is in the process of adding Webbilling to further monetize European traffic and it is augmenting its mobile sites with CommerceGate’s custom join forms.

Affiliates payouts start at 60 percent recurring on revenue share and the PPS program is worth up to $40 on every trial join.
